Identify and
Distill
Through walkthroughs, conversations, and formal and informal feedback practices, we identify trends. We generate a range of interventions and work with the school-based team to identify which path of progress is right for the specific context.
Design and
Implement
We combine a wide range of developmental and habit-based theories with a lens towards equitable and inclusive practices that meet the needs of all learners. We fastidiously backwards-plan and develop customized progress benchmarks, working hand-in-hand with school teams, modeling and live coaching with the urgency required.
Assess and
evaluate
Throughout the project, we frequently monitor anecdotal and formal evidence, frequently meeting with site-based leadership to access progress. We determine current best practices and seek to replicate, redesigning the interventions to gain the next tier in student success and learning.
